Recently my wife and I visited your location on 3295 Palm Ave. through the drive through, Our experience went well except for the fact that a couple of items were missing from our order. I lodged a complaint through the website listed on the receipt and was sooo surprised and pleased at the speed and courtesy I received from the Management team. A manager called me the very next day and took extremely good care of the situation, was very professional and courteous. He corrected the problem to my satisfaction. We will definitely make a point of making Popeyes Our new chicken restaurant.
