I had used these people once before and had no problem. When I returned a second time to have some pants hemmed I received some of the worst service in my whole life by the owner Ben. My pants were obviously cut way too short upon trying them on and finding them 2" short. I asked Ben, the owner, for my money back and he refused with great anger. Ben stated it was impossible they had made a mistake and that ""I""" made a mistake. He began yelling and "almost" threatened me with violence. I believe he didn't threaten me because he had the audacity and unprofessionalism to act this way in front of another customer. The cost was only $11 and I let Ben know he was unprofessional and a cheapskate.
