I have rented an apartment through this property management company for over a year now and they are always quick to respond to any maintenance related issues I have. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with. No complaints from me. I have been very happy.

Worst Property Management company I have ever worked with, and I work with 40 - 50 Companies per year when I put my employees in long term housing. They are rude, they do not care about their tenants. Withholding rent is the only way they will fix something. If you ask them to fix something they retaliate against you more often then not by making the situation worse. They offer amenities that the quickly take away as soon as you move in. They have several beach properties that they know are desirable so they treat you like garbage then when you move out they charge you an arm and a leg in security deposit, then rent out to someone knew a week later. They charge the previous renters with cost of changing the carpet but yet let the new renter move in with dog urine stained carpets.



For instance my gate was not working, it is the entrance and exit to my home. I asked them to fix the gate, what did they do? They came out and sealed the gate shut, now I have to jump the fence to get out of my house and all of the things on my patio are now sealed in. My thermostat wasnt working and what they did was send someone out then you dont see the guy for two weeks. And then you have to corner him and he just drops the thermostat off at your door and you have to install it yourself.



They retaliate even if you have been a good renter and paid them months in advance. They tend to have calculation problems and if you pay them for 3 months in advance come three months they only have two months of rent. If one tenant does something wrong they punish the entire complex. If you go in to talk to them they purposely talk down to you and get you heated up, then they ask you to leave their office. Also they want to shut the conversation down the minute you tell them to do their jobs. They dont care about what the tenants want or need. They are quick to punish but slow to do their job. Brian is the worst, he loves to blame his subordinates for everything. Its always someone else's fault. Well I am sorry to say but you own the company you are ultimately responsible. DO NOT USE. BEWARE. When I first moved in I thought all of my neighbors were over exaggerating and that no company could be that bad, well guess what PRUETT IS WORSE! Avoid like the plague. Trust me you might be happy at first but once the honeymoon is over you will HATE LIFE. All they have done is made my complex and unsafe, hostile, unpleasant place to live. If I didnt love the location and thier werent hopes it wouldnt be sold to a new owner soon I would be abandoning this ship in a heartbeat.



Potential buyers and sellers, please be very wary of this company, they will tell you what you want to hear but then do the opposite whether its in your best interest or not. They tend to do things that affect people negatively just for the thrill of having someone hate them. Things that do not matter or affect them but just because it makes your life more miserable. Fixing my gate would be the right thing to do and easier than just sealing it but they went with sealing it just because they wanted to get back at me for complaining. That is what I have gotten from the 9 months that I have had them as a property management company. I own my own company and would never treat my clients or customers like this.
