This is not a very nice place. Have lived here over four years and am getting out. They are now renting to anyone and the place has become a zoo. It is also very unsafe. Jennifer is a very disturbed lady who will one moment be all buddy buddy and the next ruder than anyone you will ever meet. It seems as if she only likes her own kind, if you get my drift and this place is becoming little TJ. I've had people knocking on my door trying to sell cheap --- ugly clothes, bed spreads and tortillas. Parking sucks and is not secure at all. I've asked for the fan to be fixed in the bathroom for about two years....still broken.



There are so many better, more secure and livable areas. Avoid this one at all costs!
