We hired Mr. Raskin to assist us with our child custody case. He is very good in front of the judge, I will give you that, but he didn't call us once before we went to court to talk about what was going on, if he needed us to bring anything, nothing. We emailed him, called and left voice mails, and even texted him and no response back. After court, we would get the same treatment. We have been waiting for our new custody agreement for months now, and we can't get a reply back. We told him when we went to court a few months ago that we were going to court for child support a few months after our court date with him. He assured us he would have the new custody paperwork done and to us long before then. We go to court for child support on Monday and we still do not have the paperwork. If you want an attorney who will always be in touch with you, answer his phone, and/or call you back, AND fight for you in court, Mr. Raskin is not the attorney you want to hire.
