Ricci Kuhlken, BSPT, is a licensed physical therapist who specializes in rehabilitating patients with burn injuries. She has over 20 years experience and is the lead outpatient burn therapist at UC San Diego Health. She also has expertise in treating complex traumatic injuries and helping athletes return to their sporting activities. Ms. Kuhlken enjoys empowering patients and teaching them how to improve muscle strength and coordination and their functional independence. She obtained a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from California State University, Long Beach. Ms. Khulken is a mother of two children.
