I would give this business 0 stars if I could. You don't receive a bill, then you do with threats to collection and late fees. Then, you attempt to work with them to resolve the bill - forget it! They just keep threatening collections, and then, even when you own insurance company calls them to wait on collections - they state an emphatic NO! Talk about no customer orientation whatsoever! Please, for your own good, do not do business with them!!!

SOPS (which also describes their business practices) sent me a bill saying that my insurance refused to pay. Then a couple of week later, sent me a check reimbursing me for the amount my insurance paid them. I took the check to their bank (Bank of America) which wanted to charge me $5.00 to cash SOPS check which the teller told me AFTER I had been fingerprinted. They want to charge me money to get the money that they owe me? I don't think so. I will now send the check to the best bank in the world, USAA.
