FRAUD! DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL AND FALL INTO THEIR TRAP! RRG Shutters and Custom Shutters 4 Less are the same company. So, avoid both of them. REALLY! I MEAN IT. We paid 50% deposit(a few thousands) for shutters installation of all our windows. They delayed the installation twice. First time, they gave us a new date. Second time, no new date was given and they were avoiding us and no response for a few weeks. We tried to call his cell phone and voice messages were full and unable to leave message. No responses for countless SMS and emails. I'm really worried about my deposit. This makes me believe that they are FRAUD BUSINESS AND CHEATERS!



Considering a few thousands deposit is at a very high risk, it's driving me nuts for past few weeks. So, trust me and avoid doing business with them at all cost. I want to stop all of their wrongdoings and cheating at all cost and do not want anyone else to suffer from the same thing we've been going through.
