CROOKED....Do not use this law firm. David Ruyle Jr owns Home Legal Source and is a partner in this firm. they charge $3,000 to do Mortgage loan modifications. He takes your money before you qualify, and when you do not meet qualification for the loan modification, you are promised a refund that never comes. I have been working for 13 months through constant email only to be told he is having problems securing the funds. They take your money, but when it comes to a refund they do not give back what is legally yours to receive back.
