If I could give them a 0 I would. The car overheated on the side of the freeway at 930pm, I called them until they answered at 11pm only to be told that they open at 8am and would send someone then and he hung up, didn't answer again until 8am. My son and I sat on the side of the freeway stuck for over 14 hours until my husband could make it to us!!! Horrible customer service, they wanted to fix it by offering us a free upgrade to a old minivan!!!
