I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism that David at San Diego Linen had. He is very nice, but let us down in many ways. He had several other priorities the weekend of our set up for the wedding, but did not disclose that to us until he was calling us when he should have arrived saying he would be late. He was late to every single scheduling we had (and more than a few hours) and it slowed our set up process. Without getting into boring details, he did not keep up his deals with us, he told me one thing to make me temporarily happy, and then would do something different. He was not up front and honest, which is what I expect from a professional wedding service.
