The Special Education Early Childhood (SEEC) Infant Program is offered through San Diego City Schools. It serves more than 250 infants and toddlers determined eligible in accordance with California Early Start (CES). The SEEC Infant Program also provides a range of bilingual classes. Its office is located at Alcott School and is governed by the San Diego Unified School District. The district offers services to over 135,000 students. It is one of the largest school districts in California. The district operates several elementary, middle and high schools. The San Diego Unified School District manages adult education, athletics, accounting and facilities management departments.
