Sculpt Fusion Yoga is one of the best studios I have been to! They offer great classes that are super challenging--like their sculpt yoga class with weights! Or if you want to be mellow, they even offer guided meditation! The teachers are all really good and very nice. They seem exceptionally knowledgeable...I would recommend this place to anyone! It's the best workout I have found-EVER!
