Provided by YP.comIn regards to friendly, efficient and very customer oriented staff, this company is a 5 star rated company. They are there to answer the phone 24/7, and booked an appointment to clean my carpets on a Sunday morning. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and courteous, they were prompt and called to let me know they were on their way. Jonathan was extremely professional and honest and explained the technique and the process to me thoroughly.
Overall, the carpet looks great and I love the fact that the carpets were not soaking wet when they finished the job and they ARE clean.
I will use them again, I definitely recommend SD Air Quality.
