Provided by YP.comSo I bought a living social voucher and it expired last month. Yes, my fault, but in my defense they were booked out really far and I had completely forgot about it no excuse but thats what happened. Nonetheless, they will not honor the voucher except the $35 and apply that to their initial consult of $135 (no thanks) and while they're under no obligation to honor the original voucher it would be a show of good faith to a new client who I'm thinking they want to retain after the initial consult.
I guess some businesses don't think too far ahead and only focus on what they're obligated to do instead of the right thing to do. Just lost a customer.....
