Provided by YP.comI WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD...AWEFUL...DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! They LIE and do not care about their customers or their SAFETY!!! My daughter called me crying because she had been stranded there for 4 HOURS while waiting for them to PATCH her tire!!! When I called to see what was going on, the guy who answered my call said, "We can't fix her tire." WHY DID IT TAKE THEM 4 HOURS TO FIGURE THIS OUT??? She missed her class, they put her spare tire on, and filled the rest of her tires up to 40 PSI's WHICH COULD HAVE BLOWN OUT HER TIRES!!!!! Not to mention that when I asked to speak with the manager, he LIED and said, "I'm the manager"....I learned later that the manager was a WOMAN!!!! She then drove to a tire shop down the street...they not only patched and fixed her original tire, which is what a competent and trustworthy business would do, they put the spare back in her trunk, and made sure her tire pressure was good in all tires...and they did it for FREE!!!!!

Provided by YP.comWARNING! This is by far the worst auto center. Do not take your car here. Get a second opinion. You can't trust them. All the bad reviews anywhere on the internet are absolutely true, from the really bad customer service, to the management, and the mechanics. They either don't know what they're doing or they try to scam you by fixing one thing and breaking something else, then claim it wasn't their fault. They even claim that the source of a problem is something that is much more expensive to repair. They gave me an estimate of $450 for something that another repair center fixed for $237, and it was a completely different problem! There are plenty of other repair shops with really good reviews.

Provided by YP.comI tried calling this store to see if they had a product I was looking for. After slogging through the phone menu, I finally got a human. I did this by repeatedly hitting "0". I then asked for the tool department. "Just a moment"... Recorded music, then another phone menu. I hit "0" a few more times. Got another human. "I'd like the tool department, but I've been on hold for about 15 minutes, so please don't connect me to another menu or recording. "All right, thank you". More music. After about 3 more minutes of music, I got a loud repeated buzz. It was loud enough to hurt my ear. At that point, I hung up.
I guess if I drove to the store I could ask if they have the product I wanted, but, silly me, I figured I could just call first before spending the time and gas money to go to the store. Hey, maybe Target has what I'm looking for!
