Quality Excellent I would like to share my experience with Carol, at Shear Brilliance. She is amazing. I have been coming here for over a year, my mom comes here and a lot of my relatives. I have always walked out of Shear Brilliance this cute Salon in San Diego with my hair looking awesome. The Color is super nice and she really cares about her clients. Shear Brilliance, Carol only uses Aveda Products, which I purchased cause it keeps my hair really healthy. She always accomodates my schedule, this place rocks and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
