The new management company, Gerson Properties, is a nightmare. The property manager here, Carmen Parra, is the worst person I have never met. She doesn’t fix problems, she just push them back to you. You will be lucky if you can get a hold of her and she treat tenants with a condescending attitude, as she is the queen of this property.



If you want to have a sudden cold and hot water while talking a shower, a squeaking floor, a dirty parking lot, an old with expired permit elevator, a root with no gutter, a fence that will fall down all the sudden, a maintenance that will take a month, or need to pay for the maintenance, then live here.



This place is right next to 163 and it’s super noisy everyday, day and night. It’s super hot in summer and super cold in winter. The property is so old that the door can’t close firmly.



With all these bad quality, the rent here is still higher than other apartments! This is a horrible place to live!
