Beware of this store. They will charge you credit card and never bother to give you refund unless you check your own credit card statement. Below is my experience:

I have ordered business cards back in Dec 2017 and paid. Next day I get a call from store and they leave me below message saying there machine is bad and order won't be process in time. So I called back and cancel the order. Lady said they will refund money. Now back in January I was going through my credit card and found staples had never refunded me money. Now everytime I call they say there was some problem and now you need to come to store. With the busy schedule if you never pay attention, looks like these store people are charging you credit card and never refunding you money.
