This is about the 5th time I go to the Starbucks in the Ralph's at Alta View Dr and get exceptionally poor and rude service by Karina Muñoz. She was rude to me and my daughter didn't give me toppings with my oatmeal until I asked twice for them, didn't wait for me to move before she started talking over me to help another customer that was behind me and acted annoyed with everything. Other times she has tossed my pastries on the counter while I held my hand out and when my drink was made wrong she just said " well that's what you ordered "and didn't remake it. I have never had worse service!
