Bad experience

Food Poor to fair Decor Good Service Poor to fairVery bad experience. I took my dad yesterday (father's day) to this restaurant. It was chaotic. Not enough people to take care of the customers. We stood in line for a few minutes, there was nobody to direct us to a table. So we chose a table ourselves. We took the food and started to eat; we were more than half way through our meals, when this guy shows up at our table and without any consideration he asks: who sat you here? We explained everything but he said you need to move to another table because this table is reserved. He was extremely rude and obnoxious. We told him that there was no "RESERVED" sign on the table. He started moving our plates. He showed us another table and as soon as we sat down, another customer showed up and said that this was his table and he was right. So this stupid manager who does not know what is going on, gave us a third table. Later I found out that he was the manager "in charge" and his name was Jaafer. This was a very bad experience. I did not want to make a scene in front of my father so we finished our meals and left. I wanted to share this with you guys. The food was fine but it is the service that counts. This manager needs a serious attitude adjustment.
