What a horrible, vile place to live.

Make sure you have a locking gas cap and don't keep anything valuable in your car. Residents will steal gas, stereos and patio furniture. Parking is always a nightmare.

The walls are thin and the ceilings are wood so you can always hear your neighbors talking, screaming kids and dogs barking.
The neighbors are not very friendly or they not speak English. The police keep the peace better than the security.

You are allowed pets but the residents are too lazy to pick up after them so there's dog crap all over the place, including on all the neighboring residents yards adjacent to the complex. It always smells bad outside which isn't good for allergies or lung issues. Watch out for stray cats, there's a lot of them. felt like living in a kennel.

It seems that they always have some kind of construction going on whether it be your apt or the one next to you. We had to keep a designated area on the fridge for all the work letters from the office. We also came home from vacation more than once to no water.

They have gardeners every day making noise early in the morning like lawn mowers, tree trimmers and leaf blowers that freak out all animals which also makes it hard to sleep in. It seems that all the maintenance people don't speak English so it's hard to communicate with them.
The office people are incompetent and not very helpful; they just want your money. If you complain, they will not renew your lease. Also, you never get your deposit back, no matter how well you clean the place.

Overall, it was a very loud, uncomfortable place to live.

Highly do not recommend.
