Provided by YP.comWhen shopping at this store the employees ignore customers and when they are addressed they are cold, unfriendly, with a unpleasant attitude. Recently I have done some shopping there and bought glassware and even though they have piles of newspaper at the register they just put everything in the bag without wrapping and when I get home some things have been broken. When I asked them to wrap it they get into the unhappy attitude mode, especially the ladies they appear to be very unhappy at their jobs and take it out on their customers.
Also some of the older glassware classified as vintage or antique which half of the time are just replicas and look a likes, are better priced at Marshall and tj max. For instance at this store they have some franciscan cups which are replicas, they are priced at $25.00 which is outrageous. I have bought franciscan cups at Marshall for $6.00 brand new! Personally I think that the person who is pricing these things does not know what they are doing. This institution should help people in relative ways and bad business practices do not attract customers
Hope you address these problems for the sake of the institution and they people they serve.
