Terrible Company that Prays on Seniors with Slick Presentations.

1st, The Trident Society costs almost 4x the Omega Society for the exact same service! (Trident Society ~$1975 Vs. Omega Society $610) They even charge US Military Veterans for services that the Veterans are entitled to free of charge. (Honor Detail & Flag)

2nd, If the person changes their minds, there are no absolutely no refunds of any money received. (The Neptune Society offers about 75% back and charges half what Trident charges.)

My 94 year old Beloved Uncle wanted to cover his cremation on his own in advance, without our assistance and fell for their slick presentation. After paying over $700 in advance, at the time of need, the balance was still over twice what the Omega Society charged for the exact same pickup of our Loved one from the hospital, cremation and burial at sea along with all permits and 2 official Death Certificates. The person I dealt with @ Trident Society is Terry Guoin (also Tiffany and Carol) and I feel they are right at the cusp of being criminals. I was very unhappy with all aspects of their business model which is to rip-off our elderly population.
