The property I live at doesn't have an assigned driver and the female mail carrier (with East Coast accent) is extremely rude! She told me she was working overtime to run our route, but refused to check the locked package boxes to check for our 4 missing packages unless she was paid extra. What an impressive union worker? We were able to get Ardel on the phone to insist she look, but she said she didn't receive calls in our mail room and still she didn't have time to check a few boxes... After 9 days of contact with the Post Office and supervisor Ardel, who promised follow up call after follow up call (broken promise), we took matters into our own hands and found our packages in the unlocked boxes, with the key already in them. I talked to a neighbor and the same thing happened to them. We moved to the area in Oct 2013 and we forwarded our address and changed all bills to our new address before we moved (had apt in our name already) and in the beginning of March 2014, we've now received 4 important documents sent in October. Around Christmas, multiple letters were open also. This Post Office is extremely unreliable!
