For a small job I would say he's alright but anything big DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use Valda Construction took 6 weeks to tear up concrete and haul it away. He wouldn't show up for a few weeks no phone call nothing. I would try calling him he wouldn't answer and his phone doesn't let you leave a voicemail. OVER CHARGED me by A LOT and was ILLEGAL about how much money as a downpayment asked for 50% which I didn't know that California law is they can only ask for 10% down. When talking to me (since I'm a female) made me feel stupid and wouldn't explain things. Wouldn't listen when I would ask him questions for try to get information out of him about what he was trying to do. I WOULD NOT use this company!!!!!!
