I've visited many of these kinds of places and this company actually knows what they're doing. It's affordable short-term living, for business professionals, international students, guests who prefer the studio apt to a hotel room.



Especially in SD, the facilites are consistently good. They know international students and they know how to keep the place clean and pleasant. Internet access, laundry on-site, it's really just like a youth hostel, but without the very grubby travelers. It's a top-notch place to visit, and it's incredibly affordable if you want to stay long-term and you don't want to deal with the in-out of hotels. You can actually meet people here.



Japanese owned, so of course it's clean. French wife, so of course it's elegant.
