Ive been getting facial for years at Swan and it has all been good. But a couple of months ago I had gel nails done there and it was a diaster. I had been getting gel nails done for four months at another salon and all was good. I tried Swan and the girl destroyed my nails that took me months to grow out. They were paper thin and with in two days they were splitting, lifting and breaking off. I went back into the Swan Spa to show them what a horrible job the nail girl did. They pulled my file and said they would have the manager call me. THIS IS THE WORST PART! He never called me. I guess they do not value my business. I will never return to this spa. And I have two other girl friends that usually accompany me to get our quarterly facials. We will be taking our business else where.

I'm a frequent spa goer and Swan Day Spa has been my absolute favorite. I have their VIP card so I get 15%-50% discount every time. All the estheticians are great at what they do, and they are extremely accommodating. It is large (beautifully decorated), clean, and relaxing. And I really enjoy just sitting in the sauna and steam room--which happens to be absolutely FREE. Going to Swan Day Spa always melts my stress away. I often recommend it to my friends.

I took my mother there for a treat. We had an amazing time. It was peaceful, and all of the people who worked there were very welcoming.
