Provided by YP.comI asked for a late to be waived as a curtesy the manager declined and I was advised if I don't pay the late charge in full the system will add an additional 10 dollars on the 10 dollar late charge. This is ridiculous and believe to be fraud. Taking advantage of people. Completely ridiculous serve to good paying customers.
