Thank you for visiting quality care home inspections. A home inspection is very important, it is meant to find hidden problems or potentially expensive repairs upfront so that you can make your decision knowing the existing condition of the home, the last thing you need is to move into your new home to then find out a few months later you need to spend thousands of dollars on a home that has problems that should have been discovered and found upfront. Home inspections take anywhere from 2 to 3 hours and I will make sure to bring to your attention anything that I find that could be a problem no matter how minor the condition may be at that time of the inspection.
