First they have HORRIBLE customer service!! They talk to you as if you are not paying for a service or as if you are stupid! There (pick up, drop off) hours are not flexible, they will not work with you at all unless they charge you for an additional day of the full rental. There chairs, tables and tent were disgusting and unsafe. The chairs were dirty, old and cracking!!! Luckily no one got hurt. We got a tent because it was raining, but it was so old and dirty that it had holes all over where the water was leaking. We had to improvise and buy a few tarps from a local hardware store to put on top of their tent. Also I live less than a mile away from them and they charge $10 for delivery!! I will never, ever use them again. NEVER!!!!!!!
