I bought a body bugg for my mom's birthday (who lives 3,000 miles away), mailed it to her, and she didn't want it so she mailed it back without even opening it!  I took it back to the store to return and the manager noticed it was the display box... which means IT'S EMPTY!  I paid $314.41 for an empty display box! Regardless, Tom, the manager, also said they don't have a return policy so I couldn't even return the body bugg if there was one in it.
SO now I'm stuck with an empty $304.41 display box!  The manager Tom and their corporate office are refusing to refund my money or even give me the product and I've been fighting this for 2 weeks!
