Provided by YP.comTom Jue was our service provider for our alarm system. After repeated requests for an annual inspection that were ignored for weeks, he finally agreed to come to our site. Before doing so, he called the Fire Department to tell them we were out of compliance with our inspection (due to his failure to come perform the inspection we requested of him). He then showed up at our office along with the Fire Department and said he would perform the inspection for $3500. His previous quote had been $600 but with the leverage of the violation that he created, he assumed we would pay anything. Luckily, we had a relationship with the Fire Department, who was outraged by his actions.
