When a doctor ask me what I want I know the have concern for my vision as well even if it's not correct they bring me back to earth feel like family to me

I have gone here for both top surgery and phalloplasty. It is always an absolute pleasure working with the staff. They are all wonderful people who make me feel comfortable, especially when I am constantly coming in for sensitive things like gender affirming surgery. They are all very capable and kind, so whenever I come in, I know I will not have to worry about something going wrong or feeling embarrassed about any medical issue. The reception area is always decorated adorably according to the season and the waiting room is nice and comfortable. (They give the good candy!)I always feel very taken care of, which is really important as someone whose therapist calls them out for being a bit too independent LOL My procedures have been with Dr. Gurjala and he is always so patient and very good at informing me on what is happening and what I should expect with what we are doing. Overall, I am really glad I chose Align and I could not even think of going anywhere else for my gender affirming procedures. Love y'all ..

Appointment was for an MTF vaginoplasty procedure. I chose Dr. Pang based on results I have seen through his office's website and experiences shared by his patients on the internet. The consultation itself felt rushed and not very informative. I wish he had taken more time to walk through the procedure and discuss aftercare (especially aftercare because it is very involved and important for proper healing). He was 15 minutes late to the telehealth appointment because a previous appointment went over time, which I understand, but it felt like he tried to make up the time by rushing through mine. Despite the rushed feeling, his demeanor was pleasant and I know he cares about the work he does. I am deciding to stay with him for this procedure based on the results I have seen from other patients.

Debby is one of the kindest people I have ever encountered. From the very beginning of the phone call, I felt safe, comfortable, and excited to talk to her. She understood what I wanted and came up with solutions to make it happen. She truly has an outstanding bedside manner and a wonderful understanding of medicine. It is hard to come by a medical professional that listens as intently and cares as much as her. Debby deserves all of the recognition for the amazing work she does, thank you for being apart of my treatment team.

I am not totally sure what visit or procedure I am reviewing here, so I will talk overall. I am extremely satisfied with every appointment I have had with Dr J, and I am really happy with my FFS result.

Overall experience was good all my questions were answered. Align surgical team were great at getting back to me making sure I had all the information I needed. Very thorough and their team was super thoughtful and supportive. Also, my first major surgery was intimidating but they made sure I was comfortable. This was my second attempt at getting FFS and everything worked out. Reminder to be patient with results! It was a very hard process mentally and physically so make sure your absolutely ready. Make sure you have reliable and supportive people to help you while you heal. This experience to my higher self has been enlightening and I thank Dr Satterwhite and Debbie for being professional and helping me through it all.

my procedures came out pretty good and the staff is very professional and kind. The office is very welcoming. The surgeons are wonderful

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The dr I saw, Dr. Jedrzejewski, explained surgical option clearly and answered my questions well. I am normally semi nervous with doctors, but overall she felt very approachable and eager to help, which was really great!
