Showed up early, which would be great great if they didn't rush us. Then picked up amother passenger even though it was supposed to be private, made to wait 15 min for the other passenger. Blaring rap music, windows left open in cold rain and still asked for private rate!

The charge is supposed to be $17 for the first passenger and $10 for additional. We didn't know the rates the first time we took it. We were charged $34 and then gave a tip. We found the rates from their site after. On the way back we were charged the $27 (2people) and were charged three times. We got two overdraft charges because of their mistake. It took over a week to refund the money and wouldn't refund the overdraft charge. Their excuse was that it happens all the time so they can't refund that. I couldn't believe it.

American Airporter shuttle was great, the driver showed up right on time and was very courteous. He was a safe driver unlike some other experiences I had with crazy shuttle drivers from other services. I will definitely use them next time
