The customer service is poor. I cannot position my hand in the typical position due to a disability and they were not kind or accommodating and started making excuses for why they would not be able to do my nails. The first few times I went the women there took good care of me, so I know it is possible, but the guys there just don’t care. If you believe in equal access for all, don’t go to Andy’s.
