They misprinted the books ordered and support contacted me via email and said they were sorry, but did not offer to reprint the books that they misprinted.

Pretty slick book publishing software, but extremely unstable and Customer Service is HORRIBLE.



I have done 9 book projects with them, so on some level I'm satisfied. When it works, it's very good. But when things go bad, it literally holds your book project hostage and you can't do anything about it. Customer Service is pretty fast with "boilerplate" recommendations (reinstall the software and restart your computer) but when you get back to them and say that didn't work ........ Bueller .... Bueller? Total silence.
