Now, unfortunately we didn't receive the best service. We had a reservation, but one of our party came about 20 minutes late because he went to the other Brenda's (*facepalm*), however they still sat the rest of us. About 5 minutes in, the server checked in and got our drinks, but didn't ask for our orders as we told her we were waiting on another. We ended up getting the order for our friend and waited at least 10 more minutes to get the attention of our server to take our order (we were seated in the back area and they didn't come by that often). When the host finally came around, he asked us, "when can we expect to serve you food," in an extremely passive aggressive manner. Now, I completely understand that it was our fault that the last member wasn't there and we should've all been on time for the reservation, but we had been sitting there for a while waiting to put in our orders; it's not like we weren't ready. Regardless of that, I feel like that situation could have been handled better, and unless we were doing something aggressively terrible, staff shouldn't be that rude and passive aggressive. My thoughts, but everyone at our table felt put off by him. For the rest of the meal, we also felt disliked by our server. She had a rude disposition, never came to refill our water glasses (although she happily refilled the tables around us), and I had to ask her twice for a to go box (I almost needed to ask her a third time, but I was too afraid). While we still enjoyed our meal, the service definitely left a sour taste. Still, I recognized it was a specific situation and I'm hoping that if I go again (with people who are more timely!) we won't receive that same treatment.
