On May 31, 2013 an abused and tortured dog was dumped in the middle of the night at Oakland Animal Services in Oakland, California by an Asian man. This was seen on the security cameras. Local ABC and NBC news covered the incident and are doing a follow-up story Friday. The dog was tortured for so long they had to put her to sleep. Nothing could be done. Because the act was so heinous there is a reward of 18 thousand dollars for information leading to the abuser. The size of the reward is growing daily. Channel 8 Chinese TV of the San Francisco bay area will not cover the story or advertise the reward for information. Why?
