I started coming here 5 years ago, after probably a 10 year hiatus. And I have kept coming, and even got my better half to join me (he was even more dentist averse than I was). It starts with Julie who puts you immediately at ease when you walk in the door. She always works with our crazy schedules to fit us in. And she has been instrumental in my better half actually wanting to go to the Dentist. Dr Terri and Dr Laura are the next key ingredient. Both have been very patient with us, and over the years, their light touch has won us over. Whether it's a cleaning, or a filling, or in my case a root canal as well, I have had very little discomfort following a visit. We now live in Oregon, but we come back for our dentist appt here - West Portal Dentistry really is the only dental office for us.

My family has been coming to Dr. Nguyen for almost 10 years and have always felt comfortable and well cared for. The doctors, assistants and office manager are wonderful. They have helped keep our teeth healthy. One of the things I love here is that they are never pushy about procedures, totally professional. You just feel like you are going over to a friends place and they just happen to be dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen's dental office and will continue to come in for years to come.

Dr Terri is one of the kindest and gentlest dentists, and I have always had a fantastic experience here.

The Dentist is not normally some place you like going to. However, Dr. Nguyen and her staff are excellent.

Dr.Nguyen and the staff are great, matter-of-fact in explaining procedures, prices and outcomes. I'm not a pain wimp but am sure that those folks would do well to come in for their dental treatment needs, Julie is wonderful!

for a dentist it was very good

Every time I come in it's been very consistent. Julie is very good and remembering you and always a happy person. They always tell me about my x-rays and go through them individually so I definitely feel like I know what's going on in my own mouth. They don't pressure me to do something I don't want to do.

I have been coming to Dr. Nguyen to take care of my dental needs for at least seven years and the whole time the experience has been wonderful. She and the team are highly professional and great at what they do. I feel comfortable and safe in their hands.

Dr. Nguyen has been my dentist for *years* now and I can say with great confidence that she's thorough, knowledgeable, and will provide the best care for your teeth.

Dr. Nguyen is very detailed oriented, keeping great track of ongoing problems or concerns (hairline cracks) and has done a great job making me aware of essential treatments and also preparing me for the necessity of future ones.
