Per my Enterprise contract I booked and Intermediate car. When I picked up the car at SFO Airport, I was given a compact car (Make/Model: HYUN / ACCENT). I questioned the attendant about the car size, I was told I could upgrade to $ 20.00!
On returning the car to San Jose Airport, I asked the attendant what category the car was the car I was given. “Compact” … I was given an $ 8.00 credit.
When I rent a car I expect to receive the type of car I’m paying for!

First time in years I rented from Enterprise. What a surprise! Pleasant people, clean car and I could pick the one I wanted. Rented from San Francisco and check out people were amazing. When I brought it back, I checked in w Brandon, who was polite and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. These guys rock. I will be back , Enterprise. Keep it up.

Recently rented a van in San Francisco and returned it in Las Vegas. The associates at the San Francisco airport were outstanding and friendly. The vehicle performed well however while driving through the mountains the brakes rattled making the ride quite frightening . Upon returning the vehicle in Las Vegas we made the associates aware that the brakes need to be inspected. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience

Considering the unexpected storm w/e 10/16/16 the service I received was excellent. Enterprise did cut the one-way fee in half to $75,00 due to cancelled flights. My flight from SFO to FAT (Fresno) on Saturday 10/15/16 was cancelled and the next available was Monday. I was really left with no choice but to rent a car and drive the 3 plus hours. The gentleman that was processing my vehicle for me was extremely courteous and even helped put the luggage in the back of the SUV. I understand the one way fee and am very appreciative of the discount however, what is the deal with the Air Trans Fee of $19.00? The way the airport is set-up there is no other way to get to the rental vehicle's but by Air Trans.Overall for (Enterprise Customer Service) I cant complain and would rate the service as a 5 plus

SFO Airport Car condition was fine but arranging consecutive rentals, 3 day business rental followed by a 4 day personal rental, seemed to be filled with uncertainly at Enterprise. On the telephone, the Enterprise Admin Team said one thing and at car pick-up the airport rental staff seemed completely unclear and uninformed about the correct process. I ended up cancelling the personal rental to avoid issues. #seemedlikeaneasyenoughrequest.

Enterprise is AAA (awesome as always). Great cars, great service and I also rent commercial trucks when I need one from Enterprise.

Enterprise is my go too when rental car is needed. Bad day at San Francisco airport. Place was quite chaotic. All rentals swamped. Service was still professional and accommodating. Waved fill up because of the delay. 2 hour set back. All in all will continue using their services.

They were quite busy at the counter when we arrived, there was a Nascar race team in front of us, but service was fast and friendly. Qhen we went down to the gatage they greeted us immediately, went over the car, loaded our bags and we were on our way. Same excellent service at drop off, friendly, courteous and a handshake sent me on my way. Definitely recommend!

Really professional. Helped me out tremendously when I forgot my computer in the car. They are always a pleasure to do business with and always are quick with helpful suggestions. Great Folks!

Enterprise personnel were professional, the car was new, clean and in excellent condition. Originally they didn't have the midsize I ordered so they upgraded me for no additional charge. I used the kiosk and the whole process from signing up to picking up my car took less than 15 mins. I am pleased with Enterprise and will continue to use them.

I rented a car a couple weeks ago for the weekend. While waiting in line to confirm my reservation, a manager asked me if I already had a reservations confirmation number and if so I could use the Kiosk machine. He was very helpful with guiding me to what I needed to do. Very impressed. Then when I went to pick up my car, I was advised to wait for a Rep to come meet me, a young lady representative came to me, asked my name and walked me to the available car. I rented a compact, however they did not have any compact cars available, so she said that she can upgrade me to the next size up free. I took the opportunity. I had a Chevy Malibu. Great car, it has awesome gas mileage and it super comfortable. Overall experience with Enterprise was super awesome. It was nice to be treated with VIP status. :) I recommend renting from the Enterprise SFO Arpt location and I will definitely choose Enterprise again in the future when renting a car.

I got the best service and price for renting a car from SFO. Before I rented from Enterprise, I checked with other rental car companies and Enterprise got the best price for the same class car. I returned the car with little less gas than when I picked it up but the return customer service there didn't make me pay for it. That also was great because I had to drive a while from the gas station to the return place. I would rent a car from Enterprise again in the future. Thanks

I'm glad I chose Enterprise. I read the YELP reviews upon my arrival into San Francisco and they definitely lived up to them. I was visiting from NYC for a week with my Boyfriend and his Best friend who was celebrating her Birthday. The rental was great, fit our needs with no issues.



What I most appreciated was our Customer Service Representative Rachel. Rachel greeted us immediately and gave us friendly,professional & personal care. Her knowledgeable about San Francisco was a huge help to us and she even greeted us on our departure.



I definitely would use this location if i'm at SFO again or any otherEnterprise location thanks to this experience.

Shorter lines than the other car rentals, since the price was higher. The biggest problem: we rented a baby seat with the car, rather than bringing our own on this trip. The seat they gave us was cheap and uncomfortable for our 9mo old. It rattled around, making her carsick, and my husband had to sit in the back and hold the seat in place for a 6 hr drive each way. Enterprise also did not install the car seat for us due to "liability issues", which meant we spent about an hour trying to get it installed at the airport, poring over the instruction manual. This could have been handled a LOT better. They should find a way to have the seat installed in the car when you pick it up!

The service for both pick up and return was great. It was pleasent and fast. The car fit our needs peefectly and we had no problems.

Very good customer service

I arrived in San Fran at midnight and found the counter fairly easily. The line at the counter was short and the counter person friendly and efficient. There was a bit of a wait at the rental car location due to high demand but again personnel there were friendly and apologetic. I was given an upgraded vehicle and though the tank was not full, it was noted on my agreement. Upon return I was again greeted warmly, the return process was efficient, and I was even credited for the extra gas (above where it was when I picked the car up.) I very much enjoyed my rental experience and would highly recommend Enterprise at this location.

I am an Enterprise Plus member and I got excellent service! The counter agent was efficient, friendly, and he did not give me the hard upsell push. When I went to pick up my car I received the same treatment. I heard the rental car center at the San Francisco airport was a very busy place, but the Enterprise team got me through it in a snap.
