I had them quote and install six different glass block windows. The price was reasonable and the installation was flawless. I will definitely use them again.

I am sad & angry to see such a negative review. It is unfortunate that anger will more often generate the energy to sit down and write something than satisfaction. I have used Glass Block Designs for many years starting in the early '90s. I am a designer/contractor of residential remodels. I work on many types of homes from classic to modern. I have used GBD in bathrooms, kitchens, entry ways, etc. I have always been happy with the final result of their work. It always makes my deisgn look even better. I have never had any of my clients unhappy when dealing with GBD. The product is top of the line. Their field installers have always been polite, safe, clean & hardworking. As a General Contractor I must rely upon my subcontractors to make me look good. GBD is a sub whom I have kept for close to 20 years. That speaks for itself. I am happy to discuss them with any callers/email.

We had planned to have a glass block wall installed in our home. Judy explained this was possible and they were willing to do the job. We sent photos of our home and never heard back. We left tons of phone calls and never heard back. I finally got in touch with her and she told us she never received an email and would send us an email promptly. We never received an email so we resent ours. I called her back and she hung up on me (this is two months going on and wasting our time and energy). I called her back (giving her the benefit of the doubt) and she explained she didn't want to work with us (this came out of the blue because she had said she would do the job and everything was in place). Could she not have told us this in the beginning (before she said she could do the job). She was rude and I would never attempt to do business with them again. I would stay far away from these people as they clearly don't care about their customers. I told her kindness goes a long way...it's too ba
