My family and I were dissatisfied with our previous insurance provider not only in coverage but in the level of service they provided to us. After meeting with several agents in the area we came upon State Farm agent Joshin Bruguera.



We immediately felt at ease with him and sensed that he truly cared about our family and our insurance needs. From then on, Mr. Bruguera handled everything. The change from our previous insurance to State Farm's was very smooth and barely involved our participation at all. We are now paying less and getting the personalized service we had been looking for. And our policies offer us even more protection!

Our experience with the team at State Farm Insurance Bernal Heights was awesome! We dealt with Fred and Joshin and the entire process was seamless. We changed carriers because of better pricing, location and most importantly we were looking for better service. Pricing was very competitive and we were able to still save money and add some extra coverage to some of our policies. Every detail was explained well and follow up was very prompt. All policies were crafted to our needs and the best part…..there were no high pressure sales tactics used. The whole team at State Farm Insurance Bernal Heights was a delight to work with and they really seem to have the best interests of the clients in mind at all times. Not what you would normally expect at the insurance agents office.

At first, I switched to State Farm because it saved me a few dollars. After my agent took the time to personally customize my policy and go over the details with me, I was saving a LOT of money.



The service alone was worth the move. The monthly savings (with MUCH better coverage) made it even better.
