Not too shabby

Likes: I was very impressed by the knowledge of all the staff at the hotel. Any question about the area was answered with great detail. I loved the paper waiting outside the door every morning. Also there were apples in the lobby every afternoon. A great gesture! The decorating inside the hotel was great. It definitely looked like a high class hotel.



Dislikes: I was not happy with the bill. I placed a card on my room until the later party arrived. They hotel assured me that it would be taken off when the rest of my group arrived with the main card. Despite the new card being put on file, they still charged my account. I now have to wait for reimbursement from my group. There was also valet parking charges on two of the rooms despite nobody having vehicles. I also did not like that internet was $10/day. I ended up doing without the internet for my trip there because I refused to pay that much.
