I called and the first thing they asked if I was local San Francisco; my answer was no and then he said Sorry Thank You Bye. The 1-800-689-1388 that I called was not very helpful at all. I hope this is not the way you train your employees because I will find service somewhere else.

I needed my passport renewed in three days in order to make my flight and I got it in 2 days! The people at Passport Depot have a great deal of knowledge about the process for passports AND visas! Thank you for saving my vacation!

Passport Depot SAVED me and my company!

Two days before I travel to China for a very important meeting, I found my passport will expire in two month - guess what? you can't travel with it to any country.

I frantically called around, Every company in San Francisco told me that I can't get it done on time. Except Michael at Passport Depot!

He calmly assured me that it is doable and as long as I go to his office on Haight Street quickly enough, he can get a SAME day passport renewal and get the China visa ready the next day.



Sure enough, I got my brand new passport and the China visa on time for the flight.
