Incredible service

The item shipped to me by this company went astray and took over 3 months to reach me. Sadly, this exquisite one-of-a-kind piece arrived damaged. I was doubtful that anyone would be interested after all the elapsed time. HOWEVER, within 12 hours of e-mailing Phantom SF Gallery, I received copies of a fully completed claim form and all the necessary support documentation to initiate a claim.

I AM HUGELY IMPRESSED!!!!
