Terrible experience. Package left there 10/29/18, 10 minutes before UPS pickup, never was picked up or scanned into system. Package had a Macy's return printed label, and was securely wrapped. UPS can't do anything because there is no record of the pickup. Owner's wife was only one in the store, owner knows nothing. Macy's knows nothing, can't do anything. A perfect opportunity for theft for the couple running Postal Depot, because of situations like this. No oversight. DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES WITH THEM FOR PICKUP! This is the second time the wife has ripped me off. Totally unprofessional and a continued opportunity for theft due to lack of integrity and accountability.
