Real Management Company is a full-service property management and leasing company, San Francisco's only property management company that does NOT buy or sell real estate. Management and leasing are our only business ; through these services, we strive to make property ownership a more profitable and less stressful endeavor. Real Management Company has been operating in the same location in the heart of Noe Valley at Castro and 24th Streets since 1981. RMC offers comprehensive property management services including regular maintenance, rent collection and bookkeeping, leasing and tenant screening, and payment of bills ( including utilities, mortgage, insurance, and taxes ). Essentially, RMC will do everything for your property that you would do and RMC will send you a monthly check for the building's proceeds and statements, including a current cash flow and balance sheet so you'll know what we're up to. Our office is open 7 days a week to allow tenants to check out keys and visit vacant units, allowing you to achieve maximum exposure to potential tenants.
