Bad customer service!

I went down to safeway just the other day to pick up some milk and some snack. I could not find a certain cheese so I simply asked for the manager Claire Costigan. I asked her if they are out or just simply not carry it anymore. She did not even try to look for it! Instead she said "oh that is just awful and I am very sorry! Across the street is Trader Joe's and maybe they carry it!" I was like WOW what kind of service is this manager providing? Managers should be setting the examples for their employees and not brush off there bad day on customers! I am wondering if Claire Costigan the manager acts like this with all of her customers and are her employees taught to provide bad service also? Will I shop at safeway again? That depends on the store manager if he is willing to re-train his management team on how to provide good customer service!

Bad customer service

I was shopping on 9/22/10 and was trying to buy milk....they are out on the shelf! I went directly to the manager Jerry and asked why is there no milk out on the shelf? He simply replies with an explosvies attitude "that is just too bad! Shop somewhere else! Is this the kind of service safeway providing to all customers? I will never ever shop here again
