I really enjoyed it! Joy was amazing. I had botox and it was fast and the staff treated me well. I'll be back!

It was really great. Dr. Lisa usually does my Dysport injections but I had the new nurse Joye this time. She was really friendly.

Dr. Kang is gentle and very educated on the latest techniques and different options available. I valued her recommendations and never felt that she was trying to up-sale me as an optional, cosmetic patient.

I'm going to be getting Ultherapy in the near future. This will be on my entire face, eye area, and throat. Excited to experience Serenity's professional touch!!!

The service was very good. I did experience bruising from my injection on my face but I have sensitive skin. They are professional, too.

They helped me understand at length the procedure I was going to have, were friendly, helpful, and considerate. They also were willing to be flexible with pricing and fit me in the schedule the same day!

The tattoo removal I received from Serenity was effective, and affordable--as well as convenient. James was not only pleasant in his service and treatment, but he aimed for and delivered results. If you want a tattoo to be gone, James is your man. Good experience all around.

The staff at Serenity MedSpa are great! I've been there 3 times for laser tattoo removal. This is not the first tattoo I've had removed, but it is the first one at Serenity, and I must say, they are highly skilled. They have made my experience a great one. Although, it's not completely a walk in the park to have a tattoo removed, I like that they make you feel at ease & I'm also usually in & out. In addition to using numbing cream, they also blow cold air on the site, while the lasering is being done & it really does help. I'm extremely happy with their service & would with no doubt recommend them to anyone seeking a tattoo removal. Also, their prices are very reasonable...definitely a plus!

I love going to Serenity. The staff is always friendly, appointments are on time, the setting is lovely and the location is easy to access from anywhere in the Bay Area via public transportation. Along with all that add that their prices are reasonable. What more could you ask for?
